Service: We own the copier. It's not a lease. And we don't have a service agreement. Service calls are $98/hour, parts excluded. Technician who comes out here is always polite and honest.

Toner: Call CSC to order. They can pull up our account with our telephone number. The toner is about $32, including next day UPS delivery. Toner yields 8,300 pages.

There's always a spare toner in the cabinet below the copier. Once you use the spare, get it replaced immediately; it's good practice.

Like how the Earth should never be forced to orbit around another Sun, neither should you nor your colleagues go through ONE WHOLE WORKDAY gnashing your teeth and wondering when you can finally print out and turn in the entry form to HR to win that Optimus Maximus keyboard because someone forgot to replace it 

Due to high incident rate of bad toner installation, resulting in toner spillage of cataclysmic proportions, I have taken extreme measures to ensure that customized toner installation instructions will be in-your-face where and when you need it.
