We have a corporate e-travel program set up at Egencia.com with our travel policies, preferred vendors, and negotiated rates in place.  The corporate card picks up the tab.


Program Enrollment

• Your enrollment to the program begins when you respond to the email invitation and login to your user account successfully
  
• Exceptions aside, all (new) employees get an account with Basic Setup that look like this:
  
• Name - Serene Lee
• User name - SLee
• Email address - slee@bluefootedboobiesarecool.com
• Department code - Adminininistrative
• Traveler Group - [Your Practice, Your Manager ]
• Authorized Approvers List - [ Your Manager + Backup Approvers ]
